Open Grief Support Groups
These groups are open to anyone grieving a loss and allow new members to join at any time. They provide ongoing support, and you can attend as often as you need. You’ll find a welcoming, safe space to talk about your feelings and hear from others who understand.
8-Week Closed Grief Support Groups
These groups are designed to be more structured and offer support over the course of 8 weeks. Closed groups start with the same members and meet weekly. This allows deeper connections to form and creates a more focused space to work through grief together. Each session will explore different aspects of the grieving process.
