Got Grief STL is a compassionate grief support service offering specialized counseling, support groups, and educational workshops to help individuals and organizations navigate loss. We provide resources tailored to different types of grief, including child loss, workplace grief, and anticipatory grief. The goal is to create a space for healing, connection, and growth, whether through one-on-one counseling, group sessions, or custom training programs for schools and businesses.
We provide individual grief therapy, grief support groups, mindfulness practices, and specialized grief training/workshops for organizations, schools, and community groups.
